Overview

This website is operated by PURHE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PURHE.

These Terms of Service govern your use of purheclo.com and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our Garments

PURHE creates premium garments designed around quality, comfort, craftsmanship and considered construction.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, materials, measurements and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Many PURHE garments are produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your basket does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully placed.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken, arrange the appropriate refund.

Please ensure that your contact, billing and delivery information is accurate before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market in which you are shopping.

The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and any taxes collected by us, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframes, although circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

Under applicable UK consumer law, goods must generally be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

International Orders

PURHE ships to selected international destinations.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country where these are not collected at checkout.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the relevant authorities rather than PURHE.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from PURHE can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

For qualifying UK distance purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without needing to provide a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements. Businesses cannot contract out of those responsibilities.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the PURHE name, branding, logos, garment artwork, designs, photography, written content and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to PURHE.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative commercial material without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Website Use

You must not knowingly use this website:

for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
to transmit malicious code, viruses or other harmful material;
to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
to infringe the rights of PURHE or another person.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
